Economic crisis forces the companies to look for new ways to encourage staff. Currently, there is a transition from the traditional
system of incentives, aimed at achieving specified results to systems based improvements. This article discusses contemporary approaches to stimulating the staff, identifies the advantages and disadvantages of these systems, gives an example of calculating premiums.
