Abstract:
Since the beginning of the financial crisis of 2008, access to capital markets complicated. Financial performance of companies have begun to lose their former strength, the credibility of the reporting from the capital market is weakening. Everyone is interested in future potential of companies to generate cash flows in the future, while the financial reports show the previous performance. In these circumstances non-financial indicators gain the significant importance. The article analyzes the nonfinancial performance of the retailers.
