Сhuvashiya as the unit of the Russian Federation has a significant industrial potential which requires some modernization. Primarily this is the active part of fixed assets, i.e. machines and equipment that should be upgraded. According to the world experience and some experience in Russia, in case when industrial enterprises lack their own sources for long-term financing (this case is typical of many regions in Russia), they have the only way - to purchase machines and equipment on the leasing basis.
