Abstract:

Production development is inseparably linked to the progress in science and technical field. However, the question of effectiveness of mechanisms regulating the national economy in terms of scientific and technical progress remains open. To create an effective innovation policy a strong economic base is required. Such base should be capable of providing innovative production with all the necessary resources.
