Abstract:

Municipal formations today are reliable support of the national economy. One of the ways to develop their economies is to apply information technologies in various administration spheres. In the world urban administration practice there are numerous examples of positive impact from information technologies application. In our country such innovations are used very rarely. However, application of new technologies, especially information technologies is a requirement for further development of cities.
