Abstract:

The human factor is the basis for the welfare of the state. Educational services market is closely connected with investments in the human capital and also closely relates to the labour market. The article considers a number of issues related to investment in education. Adoption of appropriate measures both by the state and business community will allow to build up a system of effective interaction between the educational system and the labour market.
