This article discusses the methodological issues of strategic planning at the enterprise, based on the application of Balanced Score Card (BSC). The study highlights the problem of the introduction of BSC technology, formulates the basic requirements for methodological support, offers a choice of scientific apparatus. The findings identify ways of withdrawing the uncertainty in the conditions of fuzziness and recommend the means to implement the proposed method.
