The article analyzes the peculiarities of the modern process of globalization and their impact on financial security, it is concluded that the national financial security is inseparable from the global financial security since the deteriorating of macroeconomic situation in one country inevitably could lead to crises around the world. As the measures to ensure the financial security we propose to strengthen the control over the financial markets from the state because, in the opinion of the author, the market is not capable of self-regulation.
