Abstract:
In this article we propose a system of holding company management consisting of three interrelated tools: key performance indicators (KPIs), business planning and financial incentives. KPIs formalize the objectives of an enterprise which are transmitted to all levels of management. The business plans of companies of a holding contain plans and budgets for the fulfillment of KPIs. Incentives to achieve the KPIs and fulfill business plans of subsidiaries of holding companies are carried out
through rewarding, which is linked to the fulfillment of KPIs.
