Abstract:

The article is devoted to the questionnaire data processing, This data was obtained by interviewing visitors of dental trade fairs. The aim of the present research is to identify the best marketing instrument for the product promotion. The survey was conducted during the period of three years. About 70% of visitors were interviewed and the best marketing instrument has been found. A program in PHP language was written, it allows to make all kinds of surveys and process the data obtained. The program can operate on a local server as well as on a remote one. The obtained questionnaires were processed by means of this program.
