Abstract:

Capital and its evolution in the historical retrospective caused appearance of many typologies among which financial capital has a special place. In modern society the latter transforms into a dominant of the economic relations and arises an increasing scientific and practical interest in order to find the optimum ways of joining the new unbiassed reality.
