Abstract:

In the article the author formulates the requirements to the parameters used in the analysis of economic potential of the organization. He considers estimation methods of the enterprise value and offers recommendations on their application in the analysis of economic potential which depends on the phase of development of the enterprise. Realization of the given approach provides formalization of the organizational strategy and allows to develop the system of parameters showing efficiency of its activity.
