Current trends in planning include the mobility of production plans allowing to make quickly the necessary adjustments to the main production indicators. When using traditional methods of management, it is problematic to make a balanced and coordinated plan for the industrial and economic activity in a short term. It is even more difficult to adapt it to the real economic, social, legal and other conditions of rapidly changing competitive environment.
