Abstract:

The article considers the issues of creativity as a characteristic of economic entities at different levels: micro-level (creativity of separate organizations), meso-level (creativity of branch and organizational associations, as well as regions), macro-level (the level of public management and government) and mega-level (inter-governmental and supranational structures).
