Activities of the regional operator of the Mortgage Lending Agency (MLA) in the Republic of Tatarstan include broad-scale housing construction besides the infrastructure development for the players of the mortgage lending market. Among the priorities in growth of development direction is a complex mixed housing construction with improved planning of economy class habitation. At the same time the work has to be carried out under conditions of significant decrease in business activities.
