Abstract:

The article analyzes the features of inter-organizational networks formation in the current environment. Having examined and characterized the main stages of the integration process in the national economy during the period of a deep market transformation the author draws a conclusion that the existing networks of Russian companies are mainly social ones and the relational capital, which they are based on, is an obstacle for implementing the market principles of the inter-firm coordination.
