Abstract:
At present there is an urgent need in reconsidering the approach to the issue of the internal culture and ideology of the personnel as these components are the most important ones for the efficient enterprising. The influence of organizational culture is to reduce the negative factors by recognizing the value meanings of the enterprise. The need for such an approach is dictated by the intensive development and the increasing competitive forces in any business field.
