The global financial and economic crisis has put an end to the easy business conditions prevailing in 2001-2007 in Russia. Reduction in the number of clients, their growing exactingness, the growing number of non-payments, the declining sales and production volumes make the companies not only use tactical measures to survive through difficult times but look for strategic ways to protect their business from the crisis.
