Abstract:
The article presents an information analysis of the state of Russian oil deliveries to the Asian-Pacific Region. The author examines the strategic interests and the energy security of the Russian Federation when realizing the energy supply deliveries to the new promising markets in Asia. He focuses on the realization of the "Eastern Siberia – the Pacific Ocean" project pipeline and predicts the possible economic and geopolitical implications of this project for Russia.
