Abstract:
Existing legislation in forecasting social and economic development of the country and individual regions secures the variance principle of forecasts. At the same time in the legal and regulatory data there is no conformity in the scenario definition. It is quite often that one can see classification of scenarios derived from different assumptions. In this context it seems reasonable to consider the possibility of legislative changes in the matter of the variance principle.
