Abstract:

Milk and milk products are the most important human food that determines the actuality of the development of such production. The most important factor determining the dynamics of dairy production is the introduction of innovative technologies. To the analysis of this factor and the capacity to manage them should be given special attention in the study of economic processes in agriculture. The article examines the experience of innovation development of dairy farms in the Kursk region.
