Abstract:

Analysis of international experience has shown that the development of knowledge-intensive sectors of the economy is always and everywhere has exacerbated the problem of highly qualified personnel. The effective development of domestic science-intensive industries is only possible through the formation of specific policies in relation to their integration with education.
