There are three ways of integrating management systems of enterprises: addition (the model of parallel systems of management), merging (additive model) and integration (simultaneous integration model). Despite the undeniable advantages, the method of creating a fully integrated models is rarely applied. So, this article is about building an additive model of management (the integration of its systems by merging way).
