Abstract:

This article describes the need for implementation in management science the techniques of psychodiagnostics. Russian businessmen do not pay enough attention to human resources, the right approach to the staff and the influence on them. As a new management technology, we offer local entrepreneurs to use psihodiagnostic techniques that will allow to shift from extensive to intensive management and, as a result, will further the effective work of the whole enterprise.
