Abstract:

For successful reform of the Russian economy with creating the strategy for its development we must take into account the objective regularities of changes in society, including those related to the manifestation of the basic economic contradictions. Strategic management of the economy should be aimed at creating conditions for full and seamless transition of opposite parties of the main economic contradictions into each other.
