Abstract:

The paper analyzed the limitations of prevailing tools of strategic management and identified the need for modification of the relevant indicators. It offers an approach to the formation of integrated system of indicators (ISIs), merging the data of external and internal environment of the company. It describes the process of adjusting the policies on the basis of the ISI in order to ensure sustainable development.
