Abstract:

In clause method of management by the Joint-Stock company are considered. Method of management are described by the companies focused on increase of their cost that will allow creating the greatest cost of actions of the enterprise, and will protect it from bankruptcy and hostile absorption. The information-analytical system for management of the enterprises on the basis of their cost is described.
