In this paper we prove the need for a production program as the basis for effective reproduction of working capital. Shown drawbacks of existing methods of production costs, including «boiler», regulatory and «direct kosting». Recommended the use of a differentiated system of production costs for manufacturing processes, certain types of products, product lines and individual clients.
