Abstract:

One of the main objectives of the state in the creative community is full development of its intellectual potential, the most important part of which is the potential of man. Economics of creative society must be socially, market and innovation oriented. The article provides various definitions of intellectual potential, the elements of its structure and features of appearance in society. We show how intelligence becomes now a critical factor in the development of society and the expansion of economic activity. The study is designed for economists and managers, as well as readers who are interested in the role of intelligence in the development of modern economics.
