This made competitive environment a hard rock for it’s participants, increasing competitiveness and deteriorating development opportunities. The problem of arrangement of healthy competitive conditions today requires two aspects: first – is innovation developing of most competitors, in contrary to practicing now single competitor position improvement, second is mark the accent under company level and promote innovation development of single enterprises.
