Abstract:

The article reveals some areas of the formation of public policy in the development of innovation in the field of educational services in terms of modernization of national education. The author gives a conceptual approach to developing a theoretical model of management of the development of pilot sites in education, which is based on the characteristics of the innovation process, based on the principles of dynamic modeling of nonlinear behavior of the system. The material has a scientific focus and is designed for those working in the field of education and interested in using modern approaches to the educational process.
