Analysis of clustering potential of the Republic of Tatarstan has allowed identifying the priority economic activities, which are ready for clusters creating, which include investment-construction complex. However, at this stage the lack of development of related and supporting industries prevents creating a full-grown cluster in the investment-construction complex. Under these conditions the active and powerful support of the national-level authorities and increased public and private investment is required.
