Abstract:

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the situation on the labor market, Tver region, from the perspective of socio-economic and demographic indicators. Tverskoi identifies problems in the labor market, among which the most significant is the structural imbalance of demand and supply of labor, its low spatial mobility, long-term unemployment in rural areas. The article presents the priorities of state policy of employment at the regional level, and provides a quantitative assessment of employment and labor market.
