Abstract:

The article deals with the problems related to the application of lean production within the Russian enterprises. The author gives her vision of the possible combination of instruments intended for the implementation of lean production with regard to the preliminary analysis of the engineering of key business processes.. The article demonstrates the application of the instruments and contains the conclusions pertaining the problems of adaptation and limitations for common use.
