Abstract:

The article presents principles of monitoring the factors of the external and internal environment of a higher educational institution, developed by the author; a model of monitoring the internal environment (based on the aspect-oriented approach) and a three-level model for monitoring the external environment. The proposed “comprehensive system for monitoring of the factors the external and internal environment of a higher educational institution is relevant for use in educational institutions, where management is based on the process-oriented approach.
