Abstract:

The paper addresses the issues of formation of personnel policy in the Republic of Azerbaijan on the basis of the knowledge-based economy. The factors influencing the formation of knowledge-based economy have been studied. The analysis of the graduates and their level of education in the various fields of education, taking into account the employment of the population of Azerbaijan has been conducted.
