Abstract:

The economic essence of innovation is examined. The analysis of the relationship of innovation and entrepreneurial process and the author's interpretation of the definition of the innovation system is given. The mechanism of innovation potential of the agroindustrial complex is considered. Priorities for agricultural innovation develop ment are proposed and the role of the state in the implementation of innovation policies agroindustrial complex is marked.
