Abstract:

The expediency of creating interregional mixed clusters has been justified. Promising directions of the activity of the Karachayevo-Cherkessian Republic - creating an interregional distributed IT-cluster and an IT-technology park – have been identified. The strategic directions of development of information technology with respect to their involvement in the interregional distributed IT-cluster have been determined.
