Abstract:

The author discusses modern problems of preparing young specialists and provides the results of the conducted monitoring of employment and career advancement of the graduates. These results illustrate the graduates’ position in the modern labor market. Recommendations on improving the quality of professional training and competitiveness of young specialists with account of the regional labor market requirements are given.
