Abstract:

The pattern of the republican budget expenditures on the cultural sphere in Mordovia in 2010-2015 is presented in the given work. The assessments have been made with use of the following methods: the method of management by objectives, functional-structural method, abstract-logical method, method of comparison and the method of system-analysis. The results of this study can find practical use in planning future expenditures on the regional culture.
