Abstract:

This article analyzes the economic essence of free economic zones (FEZ) of the second and third generation and compares them to the public-private partnership. The author shows that the zone of these generations in fact can be regarded as a local environment for the implementation of partnership, which allows developing and implementing new concepts of development of both FEZ and projects based on public-private partnership.
