Abstract:

The roles and characteristics of intellectual property are considered in the article in the context of relations to which the intellectual property is an object. The chain of relations begins with creation of the intellectual property as an ideal object, continues with fixation of this object as an intangible asset, its realization as an intellectual product and finally ends with consumption of the useful effect created by the user of the intellectual property.
