Abstract:

The author develops the mechanism of capital management on the basis of mathematics, facts and calculations. He gives examples of “rational” capital management and provides basic concepts on the subject. The author proposes the new method of capital management in the world markets, which is based on the cyclic motion of safety stock price during a year or more.
