Abstract:

The article presents the analysis of the transformation of the main public institution - forms of ownership (private, state, municipal and other forms of property) and sectors (government, business, higher education and non-profit sector). The authors also touch upon the participation of these institutions in the creation of innovative products in Russia. They substantiate the conclusion about the formation of innovative system in Russia.
