Abstract:

The article represents the model of organization and management-byobjectives of competitiveness of territorial reproduction systems in the construction objects of eco-housing of the real estate at the me so level. The author identified five situations for the implementation of eco-housing construction programs in the framework functioning of organizational and production consortium.
