Abstract:

Intellectual capital in the new economics became a source of innovation development and competitiveness of companies. The analysis of Russian leasing companies for the presence of the relationship between intellectual capital and financial indices of activity gave positive results. Taking into account the influence of intellectual capital on the results of activity of leasing companies, the author proposed the conceptual model of intellectual capital development, which promotes the innovation development of the company and reinforcement of its competitive position on the market.
