Abstract:

The article presents a multi-criteria model for evaluation of the competitiveness of a branch network of a university. The model is base don three blocks of indicators: the indicators of The Ministry of education and science of Russia, “University” and “Regional” indicators. Based on the indicators of the branches of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, ranking of their work has been calculated. The main goals and principles of elaborating development strategy have been formulated.
