Abstract:

The problems of organization and methods of financial provision of innovative development are pointed out in the article as standing-alone problems (the first part); the high-priority directions of the innovation process of small and mid-sized business in the Chelyabinsk region are formulated (the second part); the method for assessing the innovation activities of enterprises is developed, and the main stages of its realization in small and mid-sized business are pointed-out (the third part).
