Abstract:

The data enabling to identify the key industries of innovation entrepreneurship in Russia and worldwide are presented in the given paper. The barriers which obstruct the expansion of Russian entrepreneurs to the world market of innovation technologies and prevent them from securing their business there are revealed. The authors consider the problems of adjustment of the Russian innovation entrepreneurship to the conditions of work within the framework of WTO. They also into at the factors which can expedite the solution of these problems.
