Abstract:

The development of public-private partnership (PPP) is one of the main directions in the rationalization of the Russian Institute of Intellectual Property at the stages of creating of invention, the protection and implementation. The proposed article analyzes the problem in the PPP at all three stages of the movement of intellectual product, and suggests solutions, taking into account the positive experience of developed countries.
